Welcome to IntRentCar. By accessing and using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of our platform. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
When you make a booking through IntRentCar, you enter into a rental agreement with the vehicle supplier. IntRentCar acts as an intermediary between you and the rental supplier. All bookings are subject to vehicle availability and the rental supplier's own terms and conditions. You must provide accurate personal information when making a reservation. Providing false information may result in cancellation of your booking.
To rent a vehicle, you must be at least 21 years of age and hold a valid driving license for at least one year. Drivers aged 21-25 may be subject to a young driver surcharge. International visitors must present a valid International Driving Permit (IDP) alongside their home country license. A credit card in the main driver's name is required at pickup for the security deposit.
Free cancellation is available up to 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before pickup may incur a charge equivalent to one day's rental. No-shows (failure to pick up the vehicle without prior cancellation) will be charged the full rental amount. Refunds for eligible cancellations are processed within 5-10 business days.
All rentals include basic Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) and Theft Protection. This does not cover damage to tires, glass, undercarriage, or interior. Additional insurance options are available during booking. The renter is responsible for any damage not covered by the insurance. The security deposit may be used to cover such charges.
Rental vehicles must be driven only by the authorized driver(s) listed on the rental agreement. Vehicles may not be used for illegal purposes, racing, towing, or off-road driving (unless the vehicle is designated for off-road use). The renter is responsible for all traffic fines and tolls incurred during the rental period. Smoking is prohibited in all rental vehicles.
IntRentCar acts as a booking platform and is not liable for the actions or omissions of rental suppliers. Our liability is limited to the booking facilitation services we provide. We are not responsible for vehicle breakdowns, delays, or service quality issues on the part of the supplier. In no event shall IntRentCar's total liability exceed the amount paid for the booking in question.
